Eid & Funeral Prayers

Panjtan Welfare Centre provides compassionate and respectful Eid and funeral prayer services that support the community during some of the most important moments in life. Our Eid prayers bring families, friends, and community members together in a spirit of gratitude, unity, and celebration. These gatherings create a meaningful opportunity for worship, reflection, and connection, helping strengthen the bond between faith and community.

Our funeral prayer services are offered with dignity, care, and sensitivity to support families during times of grief and loss. We understand that saying farewell to a loved one is a deeply emotional experience, and we strive to provide a peaceful and respectful environment where families can gather, pray, and find comfort in the support of their community. Through these services, Panjtan Welfare Centre remains committed to standing beside families with compassion, guidance, and faith based support when it is needed most.

Religious Events

Panjtan Welfare Centre regularly organises religious events and gatherings that bring the community together in remembrance, reflection, worship, and unity. These events play an important role in strengthening spiritual connection, promoting community engagement, and creating a sense of belonging among individuals and families.

Our religious programs include commemorations, lectures, gatherings, and special occasions that allow community members to deepen their understanding of faith and participate in meaningful spiritual experiences. These events provide opportunities for people of all ages to come together, learn, reflect, and strengthen their relationship with faith in a respectful and welcoming environment.

Religious events at the centre are more than gatherings. They are opportunities for spiritual growth, community connection, learning, and collective reflection that strengthen both faith and unity within society.

Summer Camps & Youth Development

Panjtan Welfare Centre offers summer camps and youth development programs designed to inspire, educate, and empower young people in a safe and supportive environment. These programs are created for children and teenagers who want to build confidence, develop new skills, make friends, and enjoy meaningful activities during the school holiday period.

Our summer camps combine learning, recreation, cultural awareness, and personal development to create a well rounded experience for young participants. Through workshops, group activities, games, mentoring, and creative sessions, children and youth are encouraged to grow in confidence, teamwork, communication, leadership, and self expression.

Youth development is at the heart of this program. We believe that investing in young people helps build a stronger future for the entire community. Our activities encourage good values, responsibility, cultural pride, and social connection while also helping participants develop important life skills. By providing a supportive and engaging environment, Panjtan Welfare Centre helps youth grow into confident, capable, and community minded individuals.

Counselling

Panjtan Welfare Centre offers caring and confidential counselling services designed to support individuals, youth, couples, and families through life’s personal, emotional, social, and spiritual challenges. We understand that many people face difficulties related to stress, anxiety, family relationships, settlement experiences, grief, isolation, and personal wellbeing. Our counselling services aim to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where community members can openly discuss their concerns and receive guidance without judgment.

The centre also recognises the importance of spiritual wellbeing alongside emotional and mental wellbeing. Our counselling approach is built on compassion, understanding, respect, and faith based values that encourage hope, patience, and personal growth. Whether someone is facing personal difficulties, family concerns, or social challenges, Panjtan Welfare Centre is committed to offering support that empowers individuals and families to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Community Welfare & Improvement

Community welfare is one of the core foundations of Panjtan Welfare Centre. Our welfare initiatives focus on strengthening community wellbeing through practical support, charitable activities, and community engagement. We aim to help vulnerable individuals and families by connecting them with resources, guidance, and community assistance that can improve their quality of life and create greater stability. Through acts of service and compassion, we work to reduce hardship and encourage stronger social connections within the wider community.

Panjtan Welfare Centre also believes in building a culture of generosity, unity, and responsibility where community members support one another and contribute positively to society. Our welfare programs encourage volunteerism, community participation, and charitable giving that reflects the values of kindness, empathy, and social care. By supporting those in need and encouraging collective responsibility, we continue to strengthen the bonds that bring communities together.

Interfaith Peace Conference

For the past seven years, Panjtan Welfare Centre have proudly organized Interfaith Peace Conferences that bring together religious scholars, community leaders, professionals, and members of different faiths and cultural backgrounds from across Australia. These conferences are dedicated to promoting peace, mutual respect, understanding, and harmony within the wider Australian community.

The Interfaith Peace Conference provides an open and welcoming platform where people from different religions and communities can come together to engage in meaningful dialogue, share knowledge, and strengthen relationships built on respect and cooperation. Through thoughtful discussions and presentations, the conference encourages understanding between communities while addressing the importance of unity, compassion, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence in modern society.

Panjtan Welfare Centre remains committed to continuing this important initiative and creating opportunities for communities to connect, learn, and grow together in the spirit of peace, unity, and mutual respect.

Sports & Cultural Events

Panjtan Welfare Centre organises sports and cultural events that bring the community together through activity, celebration, and shared experience. These events are designed to promote healthy living, teamwork, cultural understanding, and positive community engagement in a welcoming environment for people of all ages.

Our sports programs encourage physical activity, cooperation, discipline, and friendship. Sports also play an important role in bringing young people and families together, helping create a sense of belonging and community pride.

Our cultural events celebrate heritage, diversity, and creativity. Cultural events help strengthen identity, encourage inclusion, and create opportunities for people to learn from one another in a respectful and enjoyable setting.

Together, our sports and cultural events support a vibrant and connected community where people can enjoy meaningful experiences, build friendships, and celebrate the richness of shared traditions.

Domestic Violence Prevention

Panjtan Welfare Centre is committed to promoting safety, respect, and wellbeing through domestic violence prevention awareness and support. We recognise that domestic violence is a serious issue that affects individuals, families, and communities, and we believe that education, awareness, and early support are essential in helping create safer homes and healthier relationships.

Our domestic violence prevention approach focuses on raising awareness about the importance of respect, communication, accountability, and family wellbeing. We aim to support individuals and families by encouraging open conversations, providing guidance, and connecting people with appropriate services and resources when needed. Through community education and support, we work to help people understand their rights, recognise warning signs, and seek help early.

Panjtan Welfare Centre believes that every person deserves to live in safety and dignity. Our programs and community initiatives aim to strengthen family relationships, promote respectful behaviour, and support those affected by violence or abuse. By creating awareness and encouraging access to help, we strive to contribute to a more caring, informed, and supportive community for everyone.
